The Greenwich Department of Parks and Recreation (203-622-7814) offers Kamp Kairphree, a day camp for 5- to 12-year-olds; Summer Fun, a travel, sports, and beach camp for 6- to 9-year-olds and 10- to 13-year-olds; art & music camps; skatepark ramp camp; soccer camp, tennis camp, and theater workshops.

The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich hosts summer camps from early June through late August. The camps have varying fees per week, per child. Each child must be a current member of the club. Membership fees: $25 per year for Greenwich residents and $125 per year for non-residents working in town. A membership application is available online. Camp Simmons is co-ed for ages 6–12, Summer Clubhouse is co-ed for ages 6-12 and Teen Camp is co-ed for ages 13-15. Mini Camp is for rising kindergartners through fifth graders. First Presbyterian Church Nursery School, 37 Lafayette Place, (203-869-7782, fpcg.org/nursery-school-index.html) offers a summer camp, Little Explorers from the middle of June throug the middle of August for ages two-and-a-half to six-years-old. In addition to a water works zone and adventure playground, the children explore different cultures around the world, dramatic and creative movement and a world of discovery through scientific inquiry.

Camp Playland offers boys and girls ages 3 to 14  a fun-filled, instructional summer at its 18-acre New Canaan campus. It is family owned and operated by the Bloom family.
